ManpowerGroup Support Engineer III in Austin, Texas
Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Support Engineer III to join their team. As a Support Engineer III, you will be part of the Security Issues Management team supporting scalable security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Support Engineer III
Location: Austin, TX or Seattle, WA – Hybrid (3 days a week)
Pay Range: $28 - $30 per hour
What’s the Job?
Act as the first point-of-contact for builders to address issues with security tools
Develop and maintain application security metrics and customer-facing documentation
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and determine root cause
Support internally developed analysis tools
Manage support tickets, with 80% being standard and 20% requiring more advanced troubleshooting
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of technical support or software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience scripting in modern programming languages (Java and Python)
Proficiency with REST API web services, XML, and JSON
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
