Coordinate, organize and analyze data, running appropriate tests or methods. Communicate project progress, interpret findings, and make recommendations to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and publications.Design and develop study method and data collection tools in collaboration with principal investigators and research team. Adapt for different stages of Texas Child Centered Care (T3C) implementation as needed.Develop logic model, evaluation plan and tracking systems as needed. Lead qualitative and quantitative data collection activities including conducting focus groups, interviews, and surveys.Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Texas Child Centered Care (T3C) research project. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and approvals.Participate in institute functions such as trainings, supervision, staff meetings, events and other activities.
