The lab manager will be expected to:Conduct general administrative duties (e.g., purchasing and setting up, equipment, developing lab manuals)Preparing IRB protocols and maintaining IRB complianceWork with new and existing staff to coordinate the day-to-day operation and management of research projects, including recruiting and scheduling participants.Develop and implement protocols for maintaining data quality, including outreach and follow-up with participants.Clean, process, and code datasetsAssist with conference presentations and research publications?
