About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this critical role, you will take the lead on a rapid pace to complete system analysis, design, and implementation projects. You will bridge the gap between as-is capabilities and to-be implementations, ensuring that our systems continue to deliver business value as they are migrated into modern, future state reference architecture-aligned technologies.

Responsibilities

* Lead the analysis of legacy solutions for system modernization and development

* Partner with Emerson T&M IT development team(s) to clarify system functionalities and technical specifications

* Design, develop, and document comprehensive system solutions, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces.

* Manage the configuration and testing of migrated applications

* Troubleshoot and resolve intricate system issues, providing support and guidance to end-users and Emerson T&M IT development team(s)

* Enhance or create of system documentation and user guides.

* Facilitate change management activities

Skills and Requirements

Experience with the following technologies:

* Oracle E-Business Suite (including databases, OCI)

* Weblogic Applications (including SOA and OSB)

* Cloud Deployments

* AWS

* EKS

Analysis expectations

* Advanced ability to read, and analyze code written in Java, SQL, Python, YAML, and other scripting languages.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Impeccable attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. 7-10 years experience with Systems Analysis including:

- Business requirement synthesis to functional requirements

- Agile software development methodology including user story writing, pointing, and associated ceremonies

- Test scenario and case definition and documentation

- Thorough documentation

- Extensive experience with cloud-based integration platforms like Salesforce and/or Informatica Cloud. null
