Conduct face-to-face or virtual professional development using TIER created modules. Provide coaching and guidance on the implementation of MTSS with trainers and LEA cohort schools.Coordinate cohort coaching work with TEA coaching plans to ensure alignment with TIER training and cohort activities. Communicate effectively with those providing coaching support to cohort campuses.Advise ESC representatives, TIER Network members and/or LEAs with training, coaching, and implementation needs that align with TEA coaching expectations.Participate in all TIER scheduled and/or assigned meetings, professional learning, and/or support activities to maximize service effectiveness.Complete required general administrative tasks and comply with all university and department policies.Work collaboratively with TIER team members to support alignment across the project and support for other activities.
