Maintain logistical and scheduling details and communicate event planning among all involved, including day-of execution.Work in collaboration with the CTR team lead, project sponsors, and contract subcontractors to ensure all events are executed efficiently and in a manner that reflects sponsor vision.Manage budgets for events.Source and manage vendors where appropriate.Effectively communicates and works within a team to execute goals and solve problems within the unit or between units.Other duties as needed or assigned.
