Process Improvement: Leads strategic process improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through identification, documentation, and development of data automation, analysis, and reporting tools. Leads process improvement teams with staff and implements process changes directly.Technical Liaison: Serves as the technical liaison and developmental lead on all technology improvements, including AssetWorks and custom databases. Documents related problems and issues, coordinates resolutions with developers, and collaborates with Campus Operations and other campusorganizations.Database Development: Leads and executes business process analysis projects. Presents results to senior leaders using existing and custom-built analytical tools. Identifies exceptions and areas for improvement, and implements process changes based on available data to correct deficiencies.Data Analysis and Reporting: Designs and develops visualization and analysis tools using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other analysis software and data sources as necessary to meet the department's performance objectives. Oversees data integrity, identifies gaps, discovers trends in business processes, and proposes solutions or best practices. Consolidates information for organizational leadership and makes recommendations for improvement opportunities.Metrics: Provides necessary changes to data collection and entry rule sets for senior management to improve organizational reporting, root cause analysis, and performance measurement, informing critical organizational needs and work priorities.Other related functions as assigned
