Description We are in search of a Senior Associate to join our team, focusing on the financial sector, based in Austin, Texas. As a Senior Associate, your main duties will involve the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. You will also be tasked with monitoring financial performance, developing financial policies and procedures, and providing strategic financial recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Prepare financial reports and ensure their accuracy

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to comply with regulations and standards

• Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management based on in-depth analysis

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial records

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in the preparation of audit materials

• Mentor junior financial staff, providing guidance and support

• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Utilize skills such as Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP to carry out job functions. Requirements • Candidate must possess skills in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required

• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is necessary

• Familiarity with General Ledger management is a must

• Proficiency in Journal Entries is crucial

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience in Month End Close processes is necessary

• Knowledge of NetSuite is a must

• Familiarity with Oracle is necessary

• Proficiency in SAP is required
