Fusion SCM Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Leading industry analyst firms have identified Product Master Data Management the lynchpin for companies to manage successful product launches across multiple channels and multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, Stores)

PLM solutions help set up the master data foundation for enterprise systems such as eCommerce, CRM, SCM and ERP. Data Stewards & Product managers must create high-fidelity digital products, collaborate throughout the digital product value chain, and control the governance processes throughout the product’s life. To build great products, you need a solution that enables you to seamlessly create, collaborate, govern, and control the commercialization of the products.

Our group develops solutions covering a broad spectrum in areas of PLM, leveraging the next generation (Fusion) technology stack. With deployment options of SaaS, we deliver compelling solutions for the very large to the mid-market customers. As a member of the development team, you will work with subject matter experts, customers, field sales teams and consultants to identify the challenging and evolving business practices used in PLM. You will work in the team to design and build new features and enhancements, receiving the satisfaction of knowing that your work is improving the daily lives of tens of thousands of users. You will interact with members of other product teams, learning cross-product functionality and developing contacts across the organization. Responsibilities

We are seeking brilliant individuals with proven track records who have extensive experience / exposure of complex software development projects.

Computer Science or Engineering background or equivalent experience in writing enterprise software products.

Knowledge of Software Engineering and complete life-cycle product development with focus on quality.

Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Rest Services.

Ability to understand business concepts and processes.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality coding standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $84,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
