Description

We are looking to bring on board a Hybrid Senior Accountant to be a part of our client's team. The primary role will be to manage financial operations, ensure the accuracy of our financial reports, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The position is based in Austin, Texas, United States, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of the accounting department

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with regulatory standards

• Conduct budgeting and forecasting tasks to support financial planning

• Carry out financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes

• Handle accounts payable and receivable to manage cash flow

• Perform annual budgeting to align with the company's financial goals

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3M accounting software

• Extensive experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Proficient in using Epicor for accounting purposes

• Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions

• Capability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in creating and managing an Annual Budget

• Proven track record in Auditing financial records and transactions

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
