Description We are on the search for a SEC Reporting Manager to join our team in the Telecom Services industry based in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including overseeing regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements, and managing our equity administration process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation of regulatory filings such as Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and other necessary documents.

• Ensure our reporting practices align with SEC and GAAP regulations, including staying updated on new accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations.

• Manage the flow of data between accounting systems and our SEC reporting tool.

• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller and their teams to establish quarterly reporting timelines and disclosure templates.

• Supervise the creation of schedules and documentation for SEC filings, and carry out validations of filings.

• Support the monthly global consolidations process, including managing the consolidation of multi-national entities and FX translation.

• Take charge of our equity administration process.

• Conduct financial statement analysis to support MD& A as required.

• Assist with external audits and testing of internal controls.

• Prepare quarterly and annual disclosure checklists.

• Conduct technical research and prepare technical accounting memos.

• Lead the implementation and ongoing monitoring of significant new accounting pronouncements.

• Support the stock-based compensation administration and accounting process. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Experience in Acquisitions is vital.

• Expertise in Annual Financial Reporting is necessary.

• Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is mandatory.

• CPA Designation is required.

• Previous experience with the Exchange Commission is essential.
