Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
For Austin Energy:
Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus three (3) years of experience in a field related to electric utility line or power plant construction and maintenance.
OR
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in construction or maintenance activities, including three (3) years of which were in the planning, coordination, and scheduling of utility construction projects.
For Austin Water:
- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus 3 years of experience in coordination and scheduling of utility infrastructure projects.

Position Overview
Austin Water is seeking a Scheduler Analyst for the Wastewater Treatment Division. This position will perform a combination of office and field tasks and will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including coordinating and communicating design, construction, operations and maintenance activities for Austin Waters water distribution and wastewater collections systems. The successful candidate will help evaluate some of Austin Waters most challenging issues associated with a fast-growing city.
