Description We are seeking a Sales Support Associate based in Dayton, Ohio. This role involves assisting with merchandise sales at theatrical events, providing customers with information about available products, and maintaining a friendly and efficient retail environment. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills as well as physical stamina for standing for extended periods and lifting boxes of up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with detailed information about available merchandise

• Highlight relevant offers to support customers in making purchase decisions

• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience

• Handle high volume customer interactions efficiently and professionally

• Learn retail duties quickly through provided training

• Stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 lbs as part of regular duties

• Maintain a detail oriented appearance by adhering to the dress code, including wearing a company-provided shirt

• Be available for shifts throughout the week and at least one weekend matinee

• Participate in mandatory orientation and ongoing training sessions

• Adapt to changing schedules based on business needs and personal performance Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a sales support or similar customer service role. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work flexible hours when required. • Adherence to all company policies and procedures. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field would be a plus.
