Reyes Holdings Sales Supervisor in Austin, Texas
Position Responsibilities:
Field-based position overseeing sales team in the Greater Austin area
As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
You will direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelfing position, and pricing
You will assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
College Degree or equivalent experience5 + years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience
Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
