Customer Success and Engagement. Serve as the primary contact for RSOC partner organizations, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective use of services. Develop strategies to measure and communicate service impact, gather feedback for improvement, and pursue market opportunities. Foster stakeholder relationships and align efforts with organizational needs and best practices.Outreach, Partnerships, and Market Expansion. Identify and build relationships with nonprofits, government-funded organizations, and educational institutions across Texas to promote RSOC services. Create impactful content, coordinate efforts with Texas-based RSOCs, and organize outreach events to engage communities. Seek partnerships and market opportunities aligned with RSOCs mission.Community Engagement and K-12 Initiatives. Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and trends, leading initiatives to engage K-12 schools and promote cybersecurity education. Collaborate with RSOC student employees to deliver workshops and events like Cybersecurity Days or hackathons, inspiring students and creating educational materials for community outreach.Onboarding and Support. Create and manage a thorough onboarding process for new partners to ensure smooth integration with RSOC services. Coordinate tailored training and support resources to help partners effectively use RSOC tools. Provide ongoing guidance to address challenges and enhance their security posture for long-term success.Collaboration and Reporting. Collaborate with the RSOC Manager, engineers, and staff to align outreach efforts with operational goals. Generate detailed reports on outreach activities, customer success metrics, and the impact of RSOC services. Present results to the RSOC Manager and stakeholders, ensuring all efforts support strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement.Other related functions as assigned.
