Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is seeking a Retail - Instructional Designer II to join their team. As a Retail - Instructional Designer II, you will be part of the training and development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and develop instructional material for customer training courses that support company technical products.

• Demonstrate effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.

• Independently develop entry and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences.

• Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to create engaging learning experiences.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in technical writing and curriculum development.

• Strong teaching and training skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Experience with performance measuring and evaluation techniques.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Familiarity with multimedia tools and technologies.
