What's the Job?
Design and develop instructional material for customer training courses that support company technical products.
Demonstrate effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
Independently develop entry and advanced level courses for both internal and external audiences.
Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to create engaging learning experiences.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in technical writing and curriculum development.
Strong teaching and training skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience with performance measuring and evaluation techniques.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with multimedia tools and technologies.
