Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Austin, Texas. The individual will play a crucial role in office operations, with responsibilities ranging from greeting guests, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, to supporting event planning and maintaining office supplies. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations within our telecom provider workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and employees, providing a warm and welcoming environment

• Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate tracking

• Reporting any facility problems promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment

• Assisting the Operations Manager with event planning, ensuring successful and well-coordinated events

• Maintaining the mailroom, ensuring an organized and efficient system for mail distribution

• Stocking office supplies as needed, ensuring the team has the resources needed for smooth operations

• Answering multi-line phone system, providing prompt and professional customer service

• Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Managing email correspondence in a timely and professional manner

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Organizing files, ensuring easy access to important documents

• Scheduling appointments, coordinating schedules to ensure optimal time management. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Strong customer service skills

• Accurate data entry abilities

• Ability to handle email correspondence

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Experience in organizing files
