Generac Power Systems Project Coordinator in Austin, Texas

Major Responsibilities:

  • Review Prime agreement and set up project-specific processes for invoicing, reporting, and administration of contract documents.

  • Provide project-specific coordination of subcontracts, POs, and associated invoicing processing from the subs and vendors.

  • Support the project managers with prime billings and compliance documents including lien releases, and certificates of insurance.

  • Responsible for gathering, compiling, verifying, and analyzing information to prepare documents such as reports and presentations.

  • Manages Project setup with all compliance documents and necessary items for field office and Safety compliance.

  • Manages all compliance documents required to submit to Clients and manages virtual repository for documents.

  • Project Meeting preparation includes meeting arrangements and minutes.

  • Analyze reports, budgets, and accounts to identify overspending and misallocated charges. Reconciles internal expenditures properly. Participates and provides solutions to minimize costs.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

High School diploma

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of Project Coordination.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be well organized and able to multi-task.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Proficiency in ProCore

  • Must be able to be a self-starter and work from a remote location.

Preferred Job Requirements

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field

Certification / License

Work Experience

Minimum 7 years of Project Coordination.

Travel : 80%

Compensation: Constructiv is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role based is $66,000.00 - $99,300.00. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
