Design and manage implementation of new and existing UT Health Austin programs and initiatives, including comprehensive project management that oversees timelines, resources and budget, communication, education, training, logistics, and utilization.Manage UT Health Austin well-being committees, including those for faculty and staff and a workgroup to achieve AMA Joy in Medicine recognition for UT Health Austin, coordinating logistics, facilitating meetings, managing follow-up and providing comprehensive project management for both; act as liaison between committees to align resources and initiatives.Support implementation of policies, procedures, and processes that promote well-being within the UT Health Austin clinical environment, including in-person discussion and observation with clinicians and collaborating with other functions such as HR or IT as needed.Collaborate and liaise closely with other program managers supporting well-being; includes attending regular meetings, assisting with design and implementation of surveys, developing and sharing best practices and resources, aligning efforts across faculty and staff, and providing expertise and input.Assess impact and performance of new and existing programs, including applicable metrics, and develop progress reports and recommendations to optimize performance or fill gaps based upon available data and survey results.Delivers presentations and drafts communications, including newsletters and website content, partnering with the Communications Team as needed.Perform other related functions as assigned.
