Accenture Prior Authorization Clinical Supervisor in Austin, Texas

We are seeking a Prior Authorization Clinical Supervisor to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with one of our largest clients providing various services to the public.

The Work:

As a Prior Authorization Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for seamlessly delivering services to the client.

  • Assigns all work assignments and commits team(s) to work

  • Manage team’s work quality, productivity and mix to targets

  • Drives the team's overall people management.

  • Monitors and controls service delivery metrics.

  • Act as a subject matter expert with the client.

  • Responsible for team decisions while engaging with multiple teams and contributing on key decisions.

  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Prior Authorization Clinician, including a RN/LVN or a therapist PT/OT/St

Bonus point if:

  • Strong client facing and communication experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required.

  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Estimation and Planning

  • Issue Management with Intermediate proficiency

  • Program Project Management with Beginner proficiency

  • Quality Management with Intermediate proficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize service delivery

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
