Master Electrician- Plant Engineering

St. Edward's University of Austin, Texas invites applications for the position of

Master Electrician

. The

Master Electrician

is responsible for the construction, installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with local, state, and federal codes. The incumbent performs design review for all contracted electrical work.

For consideration, a

High school diploma or equivalent. Five or more years of experience as a journey-level electrician and one or more years of experience as a master-level electrician. Texas Master Electrician License is required. Ability to contribute to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds in accordance with the Holy Cross. Must possess the ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
