PURPOSE
Under general direction, coordinates project production with print vendors, ad representatives, and other vendors. Also coordinates organization, department, and individual participation in community events, business meetings, seminars, and other events. Aids in writing, editing, and designing content for external and internal marketing and communications efforts. Maintains brand consistency throughout all areas of job. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinates production of printed materials including patient letters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Updates and edits brochures, posters, handouts and other materials and prepares them for printing either by vendors or in-house.
- Serves as primary contact for employer health fairs and for coordinating community events.
- Represents ARC at employer health fairs and community events.
- Prepares and packs all material and promotions for community events and employer health fairs.
- Orders promotional materials and office supplies.
- Maintains order in storage area and oversees administrative processes including, filing system for ad, articles, and contracts.
- Updates and oversees the updating of listings both internally and externally, i.e., CMSweb directory, PBL, Physician Information on CMSweb, ATandT listings, TCMS updates, and others as assigned.
- Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.
- Regular and dependable attendance.
- Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on CMSweb.
- Works holiday shift(s) as required by Company policy.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes and orders photos using Adobe Photoshop
- Performs external and internal website updates, may include some html knowledge
- Provides assistance to other employees as needed.
- Performs in-house photography as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or GED. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in an office or business environment. Experience coordinating projects from inception to completion. Experience developing a plan and organizing information to execute that plan. Experience working with internal and external customers and vendors.
Preferred:Experience in the physician-based, medical care industry.

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
