Hiring Maintenance Technicians- Austin, TX
Weekly Pay $26-32/hr
Description
Diagnose, analyze and investigate malfunction of plant packaging and bottling equipment and repair/ adjust in order to keep in good operating condition. Plant equipment is hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated PLC equipment. Conveyors, palletizers, depalletizers, bottlers, cappers, etc...
Troubleshoot equipment, making repairs/adjustments as necessary for maximum operating efficiency
Replace/repair motors, gear boxes, drive units and all other packaging equipment components as required
Monitor equipment performance and report any inefficiencies caused by equipment or materials used
Packaging equipment changeovers for different size containers or components
Maintain assigned records or downtime logs of equipment malfunction or component parts used by repair
Comply with good manufacturing practices, safety and audits standards
Work independently under limited supervision
Log daily activity in Maximo

Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance. Ideally within a bottling facility.
Skilled mechanically and electrically (up to 480V)
Preferred experience troubleshooting automated and robotic equipment.
PLC troubleshooting a strong plus
Must provide own tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
