We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Bilingual HR Specialist in Austin, Texas. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions, leveraging your expertise in ADP Workforce Now / Plus, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your skills in ADP Workforce Now / Plus for efficient HRIS and payroll processes.

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of updating and maintaining employee records.

• Oversee the processing, auditing, and digitizing of employee files, ensuring they are organized for compliance and accessibility.

• Contribute to our recruiting efforts by coordinating job postings, interviews, and communication with candidates.

• Assist in facilitating the performance management processes, including the tracking and documentation.

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring their smooth integration into the organization.

• Handle FMLA requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and proper documentation.

• Display proactive initiative in solving problems, asking questions, and improving processes.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall productivity and efficiency of our HR functions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to conduct auditing procedures

• Understanding of Benefit Functions in a HR context

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English

• Strong compliance management capabilities
