Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be providing support to our Human Resources department, facilitating the daily administration, communication, and implementation of HR activities. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Offer advice and assistance on company policies, procedures, and documentation, acting as a liaison between employees and both internal and external customers.

• Lend HR and administrative support to managers and supervisors, particularly in policy interpretation, HR guidance, and resolving employee issues.

• Take charge of maintaining employee records, such as personnel files, leave of absence records, workers' compensation files, and training records.

• Spearhead the candidate pre-employment process.

• Prepare new permanent orientation materials and conduct onboarding meetings for new permanents.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of personnel files and HRIS database records.

• Assist employees and managers with HR procedures and policies.

• Carry out administrative tasks related to the maintenance of employee records, including updates on personnel status, terminations, and new permanents.

• Administer return to work processes as needed.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Knowledge of Dayforce software

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong compliance skills

• Experience in handling Employee Relations

• Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations TalentMatch®
