Support the optimization team with an ability to analyze existing systems and business processes in order to guide and align to the organizations key priorities. Coordinate and execute day to day activities of projects, track progress, and communicate issues/risks to ensure successful objective delivery.Assist in breaking down complex business problems, developing solutions and delivering with a high degree of focus. Coordinate logistics for meetings and project groups and capture concise minutes from project meetings such that stakeholders are clear regarding next steps and action items.Create workflow maps, dashboards, requirement gathering exercises, discovery assessment presentations, and other deliverables to enhance leadership decision making. Collaborate with enterprise IT team to access various data systems and dashboards.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to process complex information, break into logical steps/tasks to help solve defined problems, and present it clearly to a range of audiences.Implement training and education programs for team members impacted by process improvements program changes.Perform other related duties as assigned.
