Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team based in Austin, Texas. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing accounts, preparing payroll and tax returns, and collaborating with external accountants. The Bookkeeper will also handle bank reconciliations, manage closing processes, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries and financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments and collections are made accurately and promptly.

• Prepare and manage payroll, including tax withholdings and benefit deductions.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.

• Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax and other regulatory filings.

• Oversee monthly and yearly closing processes, including the preparation of financial reports.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as required.

• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors during financial audits.

• Utilize accounting software systems, such as ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains (GPAC), and Microsoft Excel to perform accounting functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in creating and managing Annual Budget

• Capability to perform Cash Flow Analysis.
