Break down, clean all serving areas and equipment, and properly store, label and date left over food items from the serving / dining area. Take and record temperatures and ensure cleaning and detail cleaning tasks are completed throughout the shift.Collect and document production records before, during and after service.Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers. Seek direction at beginning of shift and keep open communication with Management and staff throughout shift.Greet and interact with customers in a professional and upbeat manner. Serve a high-quality product during open dining hours. Products may include performing short order or made to order cooking, while providing excellent customer service.Set up, stock, clean and replenish the serving area during your shift in compliance with location and food safety guidelines. Monitor, stock, and rotate inventory items. Inventory of items may be in dry storage area, cooler / freezer, or beverage stations.Other related functions as assigned.
