Maintain the facility within operating parameters, including adjusting systems to control water, air, pressure, temperature, and dew point.Monitor and control fire, electrical and mechanical systems that support the cleanroom and facilities using SCADA and Building Automation systems.Perform rounds each shift. Record conditions of systems each shift from direct observation. Systems include, but are not limited to compressed dry air, cooling towers, boilers, fire pumps, emergency generators, bulk gases, ultra-pure water, chillers, vacuum, commercial water, commercial power, waste neutralization, bulk chemical distribution.Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the facility. This activity is performed synchronous to monitoring time spent in control room.Maintenance Activities: Respond to maintenance service requests.Complete assigned preventive maintenance activities.Other related functions as assigned.
