Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Execuitive Coordinator in Austin, Texas. The role involves managing travel services including planning, booking, and initiating travel requests and expense reimbursements. You will also be expected to audit and approve travel requests and reimbursements, and develop travel plans in coordination with department managers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with department managers to develop fiscal year travel plans

• Develop and produce weekly and monthly travel reports through Concur travel management system

• Review and process travel requests and claims for travel-related reimbursement within Concur

• Ensure travel requests are complete and comply with agency policy, and other regulations and procedures

• Enter travel request and voucher information into the accounting system and submit travel vouchers for reimbursement

• Reconcile the centrally billed travel account and resolve any discrepancies

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Concur Travel to manage and coordinate travel arrangements

• Handle data entry tasks and customer service related to travel arrangements

• Train to audit and approve travel requests and travel reimbursements for all travelers.

The role requires skills in Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Correspondence, Customer Service, Data Entry, Arranging Travel, Book Travel Arrangements, Concur Travel, and Coordinate Travel Arrangements.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook

• Experienced in drafting and managing correspondence

• Familiarity with C-Suite level support and coordination

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Capable of performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience in arranging travel, including booking travel arrangements

• Proficient in using Concur Travel and coordinating travel arrangements

• Ability to handle travel arrangements for team members and executives

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

• Proven record of reliability and consistent attendance.
