UL, LLC ESG Solution Architect in Austin, Texas
This role is 100% remote. Candidates can live anywhere in the US.
Is aware of the broader strategy for Advisory product sales, based on high level of product knowledge and frequent interactions with customers and account management teams
Supports primary sellers in relationship building, lending technical credibility with customer buyers
Works hands-on with customers pre-sale to gather solution requirements and demonstrate and communicate implementation best practices
Works independently on service demonstrations and provides reassurance that the Service will work effectively and deliver value in the customer’s environment
Interfaces with technical customer personnel to communicate value of solution in detail
Delivers technical presentations of offerings to customers and prospects
Assists with scope creation based upon customer requirements
Provides sales support as a subject matter expert to the sales team and for inbound opportunities
Works with account teams, provides new perspectives to existing solutions to existing and prospective customers, as well as New Account Executives, to demonstrate value of UL services
Leverages technical knowledge to partner with sellers to drive overall solution win
Supports hand-off to Operations team to ensure proper scope execution
Bachelors and/or graduate degree in scientific or related field
5+ years of related experience
Relevant technical capabilities in the built environment
Deep knowledge and experience with assigned specialty Advisory services
Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
