Program Management and Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate employee health and wellness programs, including immunization, health screenings, and disease prevention initiatives.Occupational Health and Safety: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and work-related health issues, implementing preventive measures where necessary. Will participate in Safety Committee meetings.Clinical Services: Provide or coordinate clinical care for employee health-related issues, such as first aid for workplace injuries, screenings, vaccinations, and post-exposure follow-up. Oversee the annual influenza vaccination program and other required immunizations for healthcare employees.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records, ensuring timely documentation of services provided. Analyze and reports on occupational health metrics, trends in employee health, compliance and program outcomes.Staff Supervision and Training: Manage and supervise the employee health team, including any nurses, coordinators and assistants; providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
