Neurology Grand Rounds Seminar Administration. Coordinate and manage the weekly seminar from Sept July. Responsible for scheduling, coordinating speakers (majority are outside guests), arranging CME, working with/GME directors and GME coordinators, attending GME Committee meetings.Co-facilitating annual faculty evaluations with the Sr. Education Coordinator. This involves evaluations for 80+ faculty.Co-facilitating Promotion and Tenure with the Sr. Education Coordinator. This involves 6-8 applications annually.Co-facilitate the Neurology UME Clerkship program.Support dept education events during the year (Resident Research Evening, and special guest speakers for the residents and medical students).Maintain department faculty web profiles and department faculty communication listsOther related duties as assigned.
