Full time Contract opportunity in Austin, TX for Document Control.

Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5p with possible overtime

Hourly rate ranging up to $45.00/hr - years of experience will determine rate

Must have experience with Aconex along with a background in Architectural, Design, or Construction Firm.

Document Control

Responsibilities

• Design change management coordination Improve on data tracking tools and organization

• Ensure proper hand-off from scoping to design to construction

Construction Documentation/Administration Phases

• Tasks include file sharing, print coordination, logging RFIs & submittals, QA/QC documents stamping and coordination.

• Project Close-Out tasks include dead filing and punch list tracking.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in an administrative capacity preferably with an architecture, design or construction firm.

• Bachelor's Degree (Construction management preferred) or equivalent of relevant experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

• Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

• High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Aconex, and MS Project strongly preferred.

• Ability to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter.

• Proficiency with conferencing systems (Tesla is MS Teams Meetings-based).

• Flexibility and proven ability to handle and manage frequent changes effectively and efficiently.
