Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement a strategic vision for UT Child Development Centers in alignment with the university's goals and objectives.Operational ManagementOversee all aspects of the operation of the child care centersUniversity SupportProvide services and look for opportunities to support the university community.Budget ManagementDevelop and maintain budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures and revenue opportunities.Health and SafetyEnsure the highest quality standards in providing child care services to families that meet and maintain health and safety as well as state minimum and national accreditation standards.Continuous ImprovementRegularly assess and improve services, childrens curriculum, fiscal stewardship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction and respond accordingly to feedback.Staff Development Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
