Employer Engagement: Manage the Employer Engagement team, developing strategic expansion of employer partnerships to enhance recruiting and experiential learning opportunities for CNS students, streamlining recruitment strategies and overseeing planning and execution of career-related events across career services, health professions, and experiential learning, including marketing and communications strategies to maximize engagement from students, alumni, and employers.Alumni Engagement: Establish CNS vision and strategy for alumni engagement across Career Services, Health Professions, and Experiential Learning. Supervise the Senior Program Coordinator for Alumni Engagement to deploy this strategy, engaging CNS alumni to support career initiatives, including mentorship programs, alumni panels, recruitment efforts, and fundraising for career-related initiatives.Faculty and Curriculum Support: Manage the Faculty and Curriculum Support team, fostering strong relationships with faculty and departments, and overseeing development of career courses and integration of Life Design principles. Provide resources, data, training, and strategic guidance to faculty, helping them incorporate career readiness elements into courses and syllabi. Support development of a Career Catalyst Program to foster faculty understanding of employer needs, industry trends, and the skills required to prepare students for post-graduate success.Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting: Work closely with the Career Success Data Analyst and Senior Director for Career Success to ensure that all employer engagement, alumni relations, and career course activities are tracked and evaluated using relevant data metrics to assess effectiveness and pivot as needed to track toward the overall 2028 career success goals. Drive implementation of the 12Twenty platform across all engagement areas, and in conjunction with Health Professions and Experiential Learning.Other duties as assigned, including supporting special projects and staffing events within CNS.
