Position Summary:
We are looking for a team-oriented technology professional to provide engineering support for the Digital Experience Monitoring platforms across a large enterprise. This individual will work with developers, application owners and other stakeholders as needed to design, support and implement world class monitoring solutions to support the enterprise and colleague experience.
In this position, you will need to have proven working knowledge of a number of various platforms, including SCOM, Aternity, NextThink. You will also need to possess a broad understanding of how these tools fit into a larger experience program.
Responsibilities:
Implement, monitor and operate digital experience monitoring technologies (endpoint hardware, software, services and SaaS tools)
Execute scripts, employee engagement functionality, self-healing automation and other technology actions
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the deployment lifecycle
Perform integrations to business intelligence, adjacent technologies and data analytic platforms
Perform root cause detection, anomaly detection, and provide troubleshooting in the resolution of technical issues related to Endpoint and Real User technology
Monitor technology trends and serve as subject matter expert by staying up to date on the latest product features, functionality, and applied best practices
Required Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in engineering or operations role
2+ years' experience with implementation of applications in the digital experience monitoring space (Aternity, NextThink, AppD, Zscaler ZDX)
2+ years' experience in scripting and with software developer tools and API development
Experience operating in a Safe/Agile environment
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years' experience with implementation of applications in the digital experience monitoring space (Aternity, NextThink, AppD, Zscaler ZDX)
2+ years' experience in scripting and with software developer tools and API development
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and./or PowerBI
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
