Manage administrative functions for the Colleges volunteer boards, including updating biographical and gift information, budget monitoring, generating lists, and supporting development events.Develop and execute an annual recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Advancement Services, focusing on membership lifecycle management, stewardship, and solicitation efforts, including swag packaging.Expand volunteer programs to enhance participation, particularly during annual giving days.Support event preparation and actively engage at engagement events in coordination with the Events Manager.Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Assistant Director of Advancement on various projects as required.Perform other duties as assigned.
