In this position...
Exciting position working directly with our Ford dealers across the country and implement tools & processes to growth their business. The Dealer Growth Specialist will work directly with our field organization to prioritize dealer engagement and support with major Ford initiatives.
What you'll do...
Main point of contact for Regions to support dealers with key digital experiences
Onboarding to Digitally Supported Selling System
Management of dealer tools to enhance dealer experience
Launch of critical new features – i.e. Delivery Day Tool, AutoFi, DSSS expansion across the showroom
Support field awareness of activities -> KPIs, training availability, merchandising efforts, etc.
Merchandising (physical and digital) region & dealer execution (potential alignment with Ford Blue team)
Working directly with dealers / field teams
Onboarding dealers to new tools / resources and implementing growth actions
Growing digital lead conversion while driving sales efficiency
Ford University competence / compliance
Dealer enrollment reporting / utilization
Use of data to find gaps and drive growth
Liaison with training teams, field operations and customer experience teams
You'll have...
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5+ years of field/dealer, digital, or marketing experience
Experience with digital retail
20% regional travel required
Even better, you may have...
Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas
Experience of managing relationships and deliverables across the Enterprise, including OGC
Creative problem-solving skills, strategic thinker, and high degree of intellectual curiosity to address business problems
Passion for delivering great customer experiences and have an ability to empathize with our consumers
Ability to develop and usher strategy through various phases development using human centered design (including implementation)
Strong critical thinking skills and proven application of Human Centered Design methods
Resiliency, as the position works regularly with multiple stakeholders
Self-starter; ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communications (able to effectively assert point of view)
Ability to tell customer story through clear, compelling, and concise Journey/presentation
