Request and maintain accurate data entry records, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary. In collaboration with the evaluation partner, develop data management structures and processes, analyze and interpret data including selection and application of statistical methods. Effectively disseminate findings by formulating and presenting reports of results including graphical displays. Monitor progress made toward grant goals and student benchmarks and share outcomes from project activities on an ongoing basis.Validate and audit submitted data and run quality control reports on a regular basis. Respond to data requests from GEAR UP program staff by creating or running web-based data reports.Provide technical assistance and guidance to data system users related to account access, site navigation, and data entry issues.Deliver in-person and online trainings on data collection, reporting, and navigating the data collection platform.Prepare and submit data requests to the National Student Clearinghouse and analyze report results.Create value-added survey instruments and customized reports for IPSI, partner districts, and others.Other duties as assigned.
