Job Title: InspectorJob Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inspector to monitor and supervise onsite activities. The role involves taking pictures for site updates, general inspection tasks, and reporting. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of general construction practices and be familiar with using technology for reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise onsite activities.

• Take pictures for site updates.

• Conduct general inspection tasks, including checking for damages and monitoring materials.

• Use an iPad to access a portal for requested inspections and input reports into the system.

• Manage and complete three work orders daily, ensuring they are submitted before 4 pm.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Essential Skills

• General inspection knowledge.

• Experience in precast, electrical, and concrete inspection.

• Understanding of general construction practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformance.

• Excellent communication and report writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• OSHA 10 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of experience in construction or related fields.

• Curiosity and strong safety awareness.

Work Environment

This role is based on a semiconductor site, with the potential to work across up to five different sites, offering long-term work opportunities. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The position requires the ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Training will be provided by the lead tech and onsite personnel.
