Oversees and evaluate financial activities of the Enrollment Management (EM) portfolio including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, account reconciliations, purchasing, payables, and receivables in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Prepare income projections and manage endowed accounts. Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date budgets and accounts for appropriated funds, endowments, gifts, grants, and revenue.Develop recurring and ad hoc operational, financial, and statistical reports from various data sources using a variety of advanced data processing and analysis techniques. Integrate appropriate financial and non-financial data into consolidated reports to aid management decisions at all levels of the department. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and budget reports.Supervise finance and HR leads. Ensure internal controls are maintained and EM staff are trained on and compliant with relevant procedures, practices, and policies.Oversee human resources administration. Support efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of services including providing advice on workforce planning and executing approved strategies, benchmarking, managing employee relations matters, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and other human resources matters. Collaborate with Provost and UT HR offices.Serve as EM point of contact for centralized business processing units including procurement, payments, and HR transactions. Ensure accurate and complete information is provided to processing units and all review/approvals required from the EM team are conducted in a timely manner. Troubleshoot issues that may emerge in collaboration with leads for centralized processes.Conduct and participate in special projects, as assigned. Use independent judgment, financial and data analysis tools, knowledge of Federal, State and University requirements and procedures in the enrollment management space, and resourcefulness to develop and implement detailed project plans. Operate with a high degree of autonomy and establish strategic direction for multiple functions.Other duties as assigned
