Apple's WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSO team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels.
Description
The WW CSO Business Planning Lead supports the CSO leadership team to align the status and prioritization of Channel Sales Program development and deployment WW. The primary function of this role is to communicate the status of multiple Programs & Products to the leadership and proactively plan & draw insights across work streams to ensure the CSO LT functions effectively. Key responsibilities will include: - CSO Operations – work with multiple Program & Product Managers to proactively consolidate executive updates and roadmaps weekly, monthly, quarterly or as needed primarily in Keynote & Numbers. Create briefing documents in Keynote on Program progress at a WW and Country specific level for the CSO Leadership team to prepare in advance of key meetings. Work with Finance and the People team to plan and track headcount, hiring status, OPEX, OCOGS, CAPEX. - Leadership Updates – work with manager and Program & Product Managers to plan leadership meetings and agendas. Provide guidance on topics, storyline, Keynote aesthetics and prep presenters in 2- 3 rounds of reviews. Ensure Geo + CSO meetings are scheduled and productive. Document action items and track progress in all meetings. - CSO Communications – work cross functionally to plan organization wide events such as Volunteer events and Town Halls. Manage a timely and informative Newsletter on WW CSO pertinent topics.
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years experience managing relationships & working cross-functionally within global organizations.
Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
Excellent skills at the presentation of business status in both the content and the visual, with an acute attention to detail.
Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proven ability to take initiative, foster trust and build strong, productive relationships, with cross-functional teams and partners.
Exceptional handling confidentiality on all business matters, while remaining calm and confident under pressure.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in setting sales or marketing strategy.
Ability to stay on top of details while maintaining a big picture view, have sense of urgency, and follow-through.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and Keynote.
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills.
Master's degree or MBA in a business field preferred.
Able to graciously accept last minute requests and jump into projects (even outside your immediate scope) as needed.
