Adecco US, Inc. Billing Analyst in Austin, Texas

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Billing Analyst to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of accounting concepts and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of billing processes and end-to-end transaction flows.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Strong customer service and business partnership skills.

  • Experience with automated accounting systems, preferably SAP.

  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

  • *EXCEL AND MACBOOK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED*

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage billing exceptions for the Americas region.

  • Reconcile billing activities across multiple business channels using automated tools.

  • Work on projects related to geo-expansion, system enhancements, and process standardization.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.

Pay Details: $31.42 per hour
