Job Skills / Requirements
United Protective Services is hiring for a High Rise/Concierge OvernighSecurity Officer in the Downtown Austin area. This is a very high profile, customer service-oriented position.
Shift: Flexable
Greeting tenants and visitors as they enter the lobby
Monitor CCTV and access control systems
Maintain strict control and accountability for all assigned keys and badges.
Responsible for maintenance and daily inventory of all equipment issued
Write detailed an accurate daily report of incidents or irregularities for submission to the customer; utilize a mobile tour application for reporting.
Enforce property rules and regulations design to prevent breaches of security.
Conduct patrols of the property checking for irregularities and inspecting protection devices and fire control equipment
Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the property's post orders
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or GED
