include oversight of the continuing development and revision of several surveys assessing student engagement among dually enrolled high school students and community college students. Additional responsibilities include leading research design and overseeing analysis for internal requests, special requests from colleges, conference presentation and manuscripts, and participation in survey revision and item development. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary contact to college presidents and institutional researchers at community colleges regarding center research and data analysis. Other duties include participating in writing national reports, peer-reviewed journal articles, and conference presentations; oversight of the Research Affiliate program and recruiting new affiliate members.ResponsibilitiesServe as member of CCCSE Leadership Team and contribute to center decision-making regarding publications, research, communication with college leaders, grant-writing, and general center activitiesSupervise research team and data analysis operations including oversight of sampling, data cleaning, programming, analysis, reporting, and mentor GRAsLead research design and analysis for internal requests and special requests from collegesParticipate in development of surveys and additional item setsUtilize working knowledge of data analysis techniques including psychometrics and appropriate types of regressionParticipate in writing national reportsAct as primary contact with college presidents and institutional researchers at community colleges regarding center research and data analysis; respond to questions about CCCSE surveys and resultsOversee Research Affiliate program, including recruiting new research affiliates; work with Doctoral candidates and researchers from universities and national organizations to access CCCSE dataPresent at national and regional conferences; Submit manuscripts to peer-review journals as author or co-authorOther related functions as assigned.
