Lead stewardship efforts for centralized scholarship and donor retention programs.Build a best-in-class stewardship program by leveraging the talented team members in Donor Relations, Endowment Compliance, and Marketing and Communications.Supervise a Development Specialist that supports the execution of stewardship deliverables and events for Texas Challenge, ULN, UT for Me, other scholarships managed by OFSA, First Time Donors and Longhorn Loyal.Develop, execute and document best-in-class stewardship strategy, including acknowledgement protocol, print and digital stewardship, events and recognition for scholarship donors.Project manage personalized donor recognition pieces (including strategic writing and graphic design) for donor thank you letters, impact reports, recognition or memory books, donor awards, special events and other special projects.Work with gift officers across campus to provide information for coordination purposes as needed about donors who support scholarships in OSFA and the Undergraduate College.Ensure that donor recognition activities and other stewardship initiatives are planned and executed efficiently and are in compliance with university, foundation and federal regulations.Meet with development colleagues in the Colleges and Schools on a regular basis to provide updates and review progress on stewardship deliverables for the Texas Challenge scholarship program.In partnership with the Annual Giving team, develop and execute stewardship deliverables for the First Time Donor and Longhorn Loyal donor retention programs.Proactively support the stewardship responsibilities of Texas Development staff by assisting them in developing, implementing and documenting individualized stewardship plans for donors to their college, school or unit.Creatively think of ways to engage donors as other Development needs arise; research and resolve internal/external questions as they relate to top donor individual stewardship plans.Partner with Development and Donor Relations colleagues on donor engagement opportunities.Work on one-off custom engagement events as needed.Additional Duties as assigned.
