CACI has an immediate need for an Assistant Data Manager. CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Data Manager who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) . We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is developing mission critical solutions for the warfighter.
The Opportunity:
The Assistant Data Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Manager, Program Managers, Assistant Program Managers, Project Managers, Project Schedulers, and Engineering teams, to implement, track, and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents. The role involves reviewing contractual documents, creating a CDRL requirements matrix, and working with the program team and schedulers to implement a submittal plan. The Data Manager will be responsible for the accuracy, formatting, and timely submission of CDRLs to the appropriate customers. Additionally, the position includes administrative support and task management as directed by the Program and Data Manager.

• Review contract Statement of Work (SOW) of NAVAIR contracts and develop execute data
management plan
• Coordination with program and technical team to ensure on time submittal of CDRLs
• Review of CDRLs for accuracy and formatting prior to submittal
• Communication and coordination with customer representatives for CDRL submittal and feedback
• Maintain records of approvals for each delivery
• Support program office with other tasks as directed
• Responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned
• Review and interpret the Statement of Work (SOW) for contracts, and execute a data management
plan.
• Coordinate with the program and technical teams to ensure timely submission of CDRLs.
• Review CDRLs for accuracy, formatting, and completeness prior to submission.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication regarding CDRL submission
and feedback.
• Maintain and track records of approvals for each CDRL delivery.
• Provide administrative support for the program office as directed by the Program and Data
Manager.
• Lead special projects and assume additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• US Citizen
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Undergraduate degree in communication, business, economics, or engineering field
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Proven success in communication and planning
• Strong attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or data management
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Previous experience and familiarity with US Government CDRLs

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400 - 143,700 USD
