Summary of Role:

The strategy analyst position will report directly to Vice President of the Global Supply Management (GSM) organization. The individual will partner closely with all members of the GSM leadership team in managing the priorities of the VP and all associated business operations, meetings, critical engagements, communications (verbal & written), planning and programs. The individual role will engage all functional organizations within and outside of the GSM and may interface with external stakeholders. The role will influence, enable, and lead through collaboration and relationship-building with exceptional detail orientation and organizational / planning skill. This role also requires a high level of creativity, innovation, outcome-driven thinking, discretion and leading with sense of urgency in very dynamic and fast paced environment. This role will be a launchpad to additional opportunities in a 12-24 month timeframe.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and collaborate across multiple stakeholders / groups to help drive transformation strategy, critical decision-making and team alignment.

  • Manage GSM metrics and interlocks ensuring effective coordination across groups to achieve objectives.

  • Partner with functional teams to understand their needs and maximize effectiveness GSM leadership team

  • Proactively envision what is needed by the GSM leadership to react both strategically and tactically to request.

  • Advise the functional leaders on business, business process, team-related and technical topics.

  • Own and drive forums for the functional teams by identifying topics and defining, developing, and delivering content most relevant to the senior executives.

  • Ensure high-quality preparation for internal and external engagements including but not limited to: internal business reviews, GF Board and committee meetings, and employee and executive sessions.

  • Plan and lead special projects and events as needed.

  • Identify gaps as required.

  • Evaluate, integrate, prioritize, schedule, and manage all major day-to-day activities with assigned administrative support.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.

  • 1-3 years of engineering, operations, or business experience.

  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational, planning and scheduling skills.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead meetings and large group settings.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influencing others to successful outcomes.

  • Demonstrated significant project and program management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and lead complicated initiatives while prioritizing critical issues.

  • Able to work daily within the US central time zone and with flexibility to work across other time zones ensuring accessibility to VP’s schedule.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally may be necessary.

Expected Salary Range

$46,100.00 - $82,300.00
