Work you'll do
Implement risk management programs for our federal clients by utilizing NIST, RMF, and FISMA compliance frameworks.
Enhance cyber awareness with clients and project teams.
Work alongside federal clients to help them mitigate risk with the use of continuous monitoring and incident response.
Establish security controls to ensure protection of client systems.
Implement cutting edge security tools for our federal clients.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required
At least 5+ years experience with the following:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance with security frameworks and regulations, including NIST 800-53 and CMS MARS-E
Overseeing the implementation and optimization of security tools, including IAM, AD, SIEM, and endpoint protection platforms
Overseeing the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of the System Security Plan (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones, and Cyber Incident Response plan and conducting security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to reduce vulnerabilities
Utilize Archer GRC tools to track compliance, manage risks, and streamline reporting
Experience managing Active Directory (AD) environments, including user provisioning, group policy management, and directory security and including SIEM, and endpoint protection platforms.
Experience leading, coaching and training security team members to enhance their technical expertise and deliver high-quality deliverables.
Experience communicate security strategies, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executives and technical teams and preparing and delivering detailed status reports to clients and internal leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on security initiatives.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on work you do and the clients and the industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
